Upskilling

Lunch n Learns
Typically held once a month, are informal training sessions that allow employees to nurture their skills as they teach others what they are best at. Training is not strictly business either! Join us to cross train, learn life skills, and to invest in your personal and professional development.
Safety Trainings
Train our teams in both the office and field with all they need to do the job right, do it safe, and ensure a quality product at project completion. In this endeavor, safety provides a key piece towards ensuring that we can realize our collective vision of being “The Contractor of Choice” for our employees, clients, subs, and all other working partners
RBA University
An opportunity for hands on learning by RBA employees for RBA employees! Held once a month on Saturdays, this training is completely voluntary, and space is limited. The catalog of training sessions includes tool use, simple steal structure building, blueprint reading, Bluebeam, site management, RBA operations, pull planning, MS Project and much more!
