Scope
For this project, RBA Builders performed numerous tenant improvements to the manufacturing areas of this plant. These included a new roof platform for mechanical units, installation of a 64 square foot equipment shed, and transform the mezzanine space into a functional second story addition. Some unforeseen structural complications led to RBA performing additional structural upgrades to the existing roof beams of the facility.
