Scope

For the pre-weld aspect of this project, RBA performed an upgrade to the existing roof diaphragm structure with new unistrut framing, joist framing, and structural steel framing systems. RBA made structural upgrades to the existing column foundations as well as removed the inceiling MEP systems and renovated those systems. Once this work was completed RBA installed new finishes into the work area and installed a new power/data infrastructure. The existing restrooms were gutted in order to install new MEP systems and finishes to this area as well.
