Scope

For this project, RBA was tasked with demolition, tenant improvements, and the conversion of existing restrooms. The entire project took place in a 2,524 square foot space. The team installed new flooring, paint, and T-bar for new acoustical panels. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms experienced a conversion to make them ADA complaint. Lastly, RBA reconstructed the office spaces into a new and open lab space.
