Scope

This Aerospace Defense Company project involved the renovation of a prefabricated storage building into a fully functional office and warehouse facility. RBA Builders converted the space into a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Construction met Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-1 requirements for physical and technical security. The existing building shell remained in place throughout construction.

The scope included a complete interior demolition. Existing raised office and restroom foundations were removed. The steel mezzanine and office areas were also demolished. Utilities were disconnected and removed back to their main source. New infrastructure and building systems were installed to support the secure facility and the client’s operational needs.
