Scope

For this kitchen and cafeteria renovation, the RBA team first removed the existing tile floor, plaster walls, and ceiling systems. The team then installed new LED light fixtures, exhaust fans, and refurbished an existing air handler unit. Additionally, the kitchen, serving area, and restrooms received new ceramic tile finishings, stainless steel wainscot, and refurbished surfaces. The restrooms also received new tile work, partitions, plumbing, drywall, and ceilings. Lastly, the dish room received a full remodel while the office connecting to the cafeteria received a cosmetic upgrade.
