Scope

For this project, RBA converted a singular lab into a new chemistry and optics lab. RBA demoed all existing casework, fixtures, exhaust air chases, electrical, mechanical hardware, and plumbing. During the same time, the framing of the optics lab was constructed. All open electrical, plumbing, piping, ad HVAC was installed in addition to new white paint and lighting fixtures. Each of the new labs received new workstations, flooring, drywall, and signage. Card readers were added to each point of entry as well. The chemistry lab received two new 6-inch fume hoods while the optics lab included an overhead equipment rack with fire sprinklers, lab gases, power, and data outlets.
