Scope

For this design build project, RBA fully renovated this 3,400 square foot lab to include a bio-chem lab room, a tissue culture lab, and a process & fabrication and human lab room. After the demo stage, RBA installed upgraded electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. All air, gas, vacuum, CO2, and nitrogen lines were cut back and rerouted to he new workstations. The exhaust system was upgraded and new fans were installed. Each area received new casework, millwork, t-bar ceiling with acoustical panels, drywall, and flooring. RBA also renovated an additional faculty office and student space.
