This tenant improvement project consisted of demoing two floors (2nd & 3rd Floors) in two stages. First, the tenants of the third floor moved down to the second, allowing us to complete all work on that floor quickly and efficiently.

Once the third floor was built, all the module furniture/work stations replaced, HVAC system was upgraded, TV walls were installed, and all the walls were patched and painted, the tenant was able to relocate back to the third floor while we commenced with phase two on the second floor.

The entire project was completed on time and on budget, with glowing remarks from the owner when we wrapped.
