Scope

A tenant improvement project that was a portion of a larger BDS Consolidation project aimed to help consolidate areas and eliminate excess square footage. Each floor underwent a full renovation including new huddle rooms, conference rooms, kitchenettes, and open office spaces. The project also included new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing on each floor.
