Scope

For this design build, RBA Builders was contracted to complete a conversion of an existing shipping, receiving, and loading area into a new, secure automated assembly lab as ISO 8 clean work area. This area was to include a secondary soft wall clean room enclosure inside of the lab. This project needed to adhere to the production schedule of the client while maintaining attention to all of the technical components of this project.

After demo, new infrastructure utilities were set up to support automated assembly equipment in the clean room. The design/build portion introduced Gaseous Nitrogen, Clean Dry Air, and Vacuum piping, along with power feeds for customer-installed equipment. Internal utility hookups were streamlined, and external modifications were A conceptual AI rendering to visually represent our made for fire sprinklers, security access, and monitoring.
