Scope
For this tenant improvement job, RBA converted an existing mixed-use building of offices and warehouse space into offices and parking. Demolition was also completed in an effort to accommodate the open floor place that included a new interior partition foundation and ceiling joist framing. Over 350 office cubicles surrounded a 1,240 square foot central social space with pre-finished birch plywood cladding. 174 solid core paint-grade doors and 5 aluminum/glass sectional doors, and LED-lit Douglas Fir cabinets were incorporated to maintain a modern and clean finish. RBA also installed a ductwork system to combat the challenges of weight limits the roof structure presented.
