Scope

The Relativity Workspace Tenant Improvement project created an open and functional space for Relativity Space employees. The renovation included a new conference room, kitchen, dining area, lounge, open office, front entry, and ADA restroom upgrades.

RBA added separating walls, tempered glass, and custom metal panels in the conference room. Ceiling art panels, suspended black grid panels, and skylights were also installed. The kitchen received new plumbing, wall tile, and laminated millwork. All areas got polished concrete flooring, carpet, electrical, paint, doors, and hardware for a modern design.
