Scope
This tenant improvement consisted of expanding a 300×35 wall on a radius in an existing office space. In an effort to accommodate the open floor plan, RBA performed widespread demolition in order to transform a two story office building into a halfoffice, half-warehouse space. Additionally, each of the offices were re-carpeted and painted. The fire sprinklers, fire-alarm, mechanical, and electrical systems were all modified to suit the tenants needs.
