Scope

For this project, RBA Builders renovated the existing space to include new labs and work areas. Additionally, the client wanted t expand their existing space into an adjacent empty building. RBA installed 2,850 linear feet of steel studs, and 1,00 sheets of drywall for the new labs, office spaces, restrooms, conference room, cafeteria, and lobby. Structural support for the HVAC units was installed on the roof in addition to the overhead sprinklers, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and insulation work.
